What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Home Inspections take 2.5 to 3 hours on the typical home. I meet clients at the end of an inspection to review my findings and go over pictures and the report. You will receive the report the same day unless otherwise noted at the time of the inspection.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Ask about their previous experience before they became a Home Inspector, not how long they have been doing Home Inspections. A past in the home building business is not a pre-requisite for becoming a Home Inspector.
