I love being able to help out a new home buyer or even seasoned home buyer with their purchase. Helping to figure out the issues on a house or building is what drives me to be a better inspector. When I get done with a house, the buyer will know way more than they anticipated. I'm using Thermal and moisture cameras that allow me to get indepth information at items not normally able to be seen, which brings a whole new depth to my inspections over other inspectors.
My inspections take a little longer than the average inspector. However I feel VERY confident that when I get done that I've covered every major architectural component in my inspection, and the likely hood of something being missed is drastically diminished.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Preinspection Agreement.
I come out and do the inspection. Please make sure the water and electric and gas are turned on.
I usually take a couple hours on site to do the inspection and then it takes me another couple hours to write the report. When I'm finished I e-mail two files.
1) The full ASHI inspection report
2) The pictures of issues with circles / arrows describing the issue.

20 years of Home renovation in the Phoenix Metro area.
1+ year doing home inspections all over the valley.
BS Degree in Electrical Engineering.
