I take the time to do a full and complete home inspection. It is very important to me that my clients understand the condition of the home that they are about to purchase. After my inspection I go over the findings with my clients and email the full inspection report over to them normally that same day. I take plenty of photos that go into their report so that they are able to see any issues in the home that were not visible to them, such as roof issues or issues in the attic of the home.
I enjoy working with my clients and helping them understand the condition of the home that they are about to purchase. I try to give them the information in a way that is easy to understand. Every home is different and every home has its own unique qualities, which is why I enjoy my job.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My clients call me when they are in the process of buying or selling a home. Normally when buying a home there is a 7-10 day inspection period in which the homebuyer can schedule a home inspection. Once the inspection is scheduled I send over an inspection agreement and a link for online payment. I will confirm with the buyers agent that all utilities are on in the home for the inspection and that I will have full access to the home. The home inspection can take anywhere from 2 hours to 4-5 hours based on the square footage of the home and the age of the home. Pools, spas, guest houses can add to the inspection time. After the inspection is completed my client and their realtor meet me at the home to go over the inspection findings and I answer any questions or concerns they might have. I email the full inspection report to the buyer and their realtor normally that same day.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed home inspector in the state of Arizona. I started my business in 2008. I completed all required training and classes to become licensed. I belong to two trade associations, InterNACHI and ASHI which require continuing education yearly. I have a background in construction and home maintenance and repair.
