What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Phone call with the customer while they explain what job needs to be done in taking care of their animal.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have trained my dogs growing up, I've had 4. Earlier this year I worked with 3 cats, 2 kittens being introduced to their new sister... that was a tough one.

How did you get started in this business?
I've always been very good with animals and decided I would love to get paid for doing what I enjoy most.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have taken care of multiple dogs of all breeds, ages, and sizes. As stated in a previous question I worked with cats this summer.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Introducing new cats to other cats that have been living in that environment is difficult. I brought 2 kittens in a home with the cat that has already been living in that home. It took a long time for her to accept them, but when she did it was great to finally get to your goal and have that experience.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Talk to the pro before hand to get a feel of how they will be taking care of your animal. You should want them to receive only the highest of care.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Tell me the needs of your animals and corresponding times when necessary. I want to know what the enjoy doing and what their day to day life is like.
