What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have an initial meeting with all my clients. I will take photos and measurements and talk with the client regarding their needs and expectations.
I then send an estimate outlining all work to be done with pricing.
Upon acceptance of the estimate, I personally will work on the project until it is completed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked as a contractor in New York City for 10 years and have worked in with my hands my entire life. Professionally, I've built custom bars and restaurants, installed solar panels, installed commercial and residential glass, and much more.

I do not have a standard pricing system. Each job is unique and will be priced according to the job and material requirements.
