About
I am a passionate and dedicated dog lover with four of my own rescue dogs and each one came to me with their own issues. I am active in the animal community and have had the privilege to have fostered over 25 dogs from 6 week old puppies to seniors with issues from resource guarding to potty training. I have a positive training approach and do not believe in any method or tool that creates pain. I have over 12 years of hands on training experience and prefer to spend 30 minutes with all new fur families to observe there family and the furbabies behavior myself to come up with the best training plan.
As this is my full time job I can be your one stop shop from basic bath service, nail trims, walking, biking, daily drop in visits or even pet transportation. I also offer adoption assistance where I can help you and your family identify potential new furbaby fits and attend meet and greets to review temperament and understand training issues.
I would love the opportunity to share my knowledge and experience and give you the life you’ve always wanted with your furbaby.

I love making people and their FurBabies feel and look their best whether through training, exercise or grooming. It is rewarding to see the bond and unconditional love between a furbaby and her owner.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to set up a free 30 minute evaluation to meet everyone in the family and all FurBabies. I want to understand what is really bothering you and work to get you to where you want to be. Training can take time and effort so I ask everyone to make a commitment to following through on the homework and suggestions for the best and fastest outcome.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working with dogs for 12 years now. I have four of my own and have fostered over 25 so I have a lot of hands on experience from chiweenies to Great Danes and I have experienced all sorts of training issues from basic obedience issues to severe leash reactivity.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
My hourly rate is $60 but I have programs that range in price from puppy basics to advanced obedience.
How did you get started in this business?
I rescued my first dog Nala when I was 24. She was an American staffordshire terrier and was very thin and very scared. I took her through all of the obedience classes and she was always the naughtiest one in the class ... but we pushed through and she was an amazing dog. This sparked my passion for training and for rescue.
What types of customers have you worked with?
All types of customers and dogs.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Dog training is not a regulated industry. A trainer can be “certified” as a dog trainer on line with no actual hands on experience. I would also ask what type of training methods do they use and if you are ok with that.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
What are the main issues you want to address and most importantly what does your ideal outcome look like. Training should be tailored to meet your families needs not a predetermined routine.
