The brothers are nice. We had to redo the TV mounting and fix in the extra holes. The
celling fans arent working with the dimmer so we have to pay for an electrician to redo
and fix the installments. Which is probably doubling my payment for services rendered.

I'll give him a bed over the phone and the only time it will to change as if we get into the middle of job and something comes up that couldn't be seen before we started and may cause the bid to go up.
