I’m Luke, a local solo operator of Apex home and auto services. I have been doing handyman work for over 20 years and have experience in almost every trade you can think of but plumbing is my main trade. I also work on anything that has a motor and enjoy building things/ restoring things. Here is A few more things I can help you knock off your list:

Meet up with them and look at the problem they have and let them know what needs to be done to fix the problem and how much it will cost.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been doing construction work jobs for over 20 years and I've taken everything I've learned from all those jobs to start my own handyman business.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I'll give him a bid over the phone / or in person if I need to and the only time it will change is if we get into the middle of the job and something comes up that couldn't be seen before we started and may cause the bid to go up.
