My approach to design is not necessarily bound to one particular style or category, but instead my philosophy is centered on identifying a focal piece that provides that foundation for the broader design to emanate from. This process provides the ability to add pieces to marry warmth, color, texture and general atmosphere, which can allow for eclectic pockets within the greater unified design. We offer services from all price points, big and small to help cater to your needs.
My background in real estate and construction has fostered my growing inspiration for architecture and design. This work has allowed me to refine my process and maintain a creative outlet and is now developed into my own interior design company and lifestyle blog.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
we like to start with an introduction email and or phone call. This allows use to get to know you as a person, and your wants and needs for the space. It can be hard for most clients to marry funcationality and beauty, so we like to get to know how much you use the specific space, your style or inspiration. Budget and timeline are important to follow and setting up priorities for the space as well as that we can accomidate your timeline.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have spent years in real estate Fix and fips, new build construction and drafting. This allows us to invision a space the second we walk in to your home or for just pictures you send. We have drafting & 3D walk though software to show you exactly what your space can look like, or give your a real vision of capability. Most people are visual learns and have a hard time seeing funiture, size, color and even removing walls in a space. The process of drawing, drafting & 3D walkthough allow you to see it full scale and make your visions come true.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Pricing varies of services, time and size. We do everything from one room sourcing of products & funtiure to whole home remodel and project managing. We can source all fictures, flooring, cabinets and design the space. All these are on a case by case basis.
How did you get started in this business?
Having always loved architecture, I started in renovations, real estate, and construction. I have and un known ability to walk in a space and see exactly what we should do to maximize the spaces use, functionality, beauty, and style. Design has always been a passion and was part of my job. It was my favorite part real estate, and so it seem fit to make it a career!
