About
I will listen to your needs and want to establish our goals and objectives. We work as a team to meet the goals and you will continually be in the loop during the entire process. In this fast paced and dynamic market, I believe communication is key in meeting our goals and building our relationship. My ultimate goal is a rewarding long term relationship where I can continue to assist you, family and friends with any future real estate questions and needs.
As your professional real estate expert, I focus on client satisfaction. My business is about service and I am not happy until you are happy. My years in the business have provided me the experience and contacts to assist you with nearly every real estate need. Whether it's finding you a home, finding the best loan, or helping you getting the most out of selling your home I am here to guide you. If there is anything you need, please let me know.
I love to help my neighbors and friends. Ultimately, my clients are neighbors and friends. I love their reactions when I present them multiple offers on their home we just listed, or telling them our offer was accepted. I enjoy the process and have a great time educating and explaining each step throughout with my clients.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Take a few minutes to get to know you, your situation, and especially your needs. This will help me not only understand you better, but give me ideas on how to better serve and represent you.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Not only am I a member of a multi-generation real estate family, and raised with a sales in my blood, but have had to graduate from real estate school, particularly passing state board examinations on my first and only attempt. I continue to maintain my license and training with continuing education courses, training modules, and industry meetings to stay on top of the ever changing marketplace and industry.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I do charge a retainer fee which is credited back at the completion of the transaction. I expect 6% commissions to list and sell a property. 3% is to entice other agents to bring their buyers (there are unethical agents who will not show their clients properties from which the seller offers less than). The other 3% is to cover the time and labor put into the sell and closing transaction, as well as marketing expenses through all the various sources and outlets.
How did you get started in this business?
As I mentioned before, I am from a multi-generational family of real estate agents.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Every kind. Especially several veterans who took advantage of VA loans.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Feel comfortable with them, but most importantly, feel confident in them.
