What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a chat on the phone so I can answer any of the pet parent's questions and concerns and I obtain more information about the pet. Once the pet parent decides on the service they require they can go to my website, purchase the service and then we schedule the appointments. The first session is for 2 hrs and subsequent sessions are for 1hr and generally take place at the home and then parks, dog friendly stores, patio restaurants and other appropriate locations.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have completed countless webinars, seminars and classes on canine behavior and have achieved a variety of accreditations over the years. I keep up to date with the very latest scientific research on canine behavior.
