Very knowledgeable. Has both experience and love of dogs. Brings that to every session.
Katherine worked a miracle with my sweet Charlotte. She was an 8 year old puppy mill breeder who had totally shut down. With Katherines help on socializing, potty training, and trusting Charlotte became a happy adjusted pup who became interested in people and dogs and decided life was a good thing. It would not have happened without Katherine advice and guidance to me.
She is knowledgeable, to the point, and always works for the dog’s best interest. Never uses any training equipment that will knowingly, do any harm.
She is a joy to work with in terms of her ability to work with your dog and help you understand why you need to change your behavior as well as modifying the dog's behavior.
We have a chat on the phone so I can answer any of the pet parent's questions and concerns and I obtain more information about the pet. Once the pet parent decides on the service they require they can go to my website, purchase the service and then we schedule the appointments. The first session is for 2 hrs and subsequent sessions are for 1hr and generally take place at the home and then parks, dog friendly stores, patio restaurants and other appropriate locations.
I have completed countless webinars, seminars and classes on canine behavior and have achieved a variety of accreditations over the years. I keep up to date with the very latest scientific research on canine behavior.
