What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have a Q and A I’d like to go through over the telephone prior to booking any appointments with new customers I need to get an idea of temperament Coat condition and Grooming history as well as what services you would like to include and where you would like the services.
I can also come to your home (House call grooming done in your home) or you can come to my home studio.

prices start at 75.00 (15 lbs and under) and go up from there depending on pets size, temperament and coat condition .
How did you get started in this business?
i have worked as an assistant to show Dog and cat handlers, then opened my own shop and school I have downsized and am now house call or private studio working on one pet at a time straight through with as little stress as possible. No other animals are in my studio while your pet is being worked on.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with everything from the first time pet owner to owners of show dogs I specialize in cocker spaniel and Shihtzu breeds. I am proud of my homeopathic treatments and enjoy all breeds of dogs and cats.

i write editorial articles for national Grooming magazines and am a featured speaker at Grooming conventions and online events
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
be aware that costs are higher for a homeopathic groomer, as product used is more costly organic and healthier.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Alway get referrals from current clients so you can make a well informed decision on who you are leaving your fur babies with. Education and professional associations are also something you should consider asking about, if you want a great groomer who stays informed about the industry
