What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
introduction of myself and answering any questions the customer may have to the best of my knowledge. Free inspections are always part of the process. Then I will explain the different ways needed to get rid of a on-going or new issue.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Worked for 12 years with 2 larger known companies in the valley. Have to go to school every year to keep up the license current. So I'm taking all the knowledge I learned from the big companies and incorporating into s small business.

Monthly service: $40-$50
Semi-mo.: $65-$75
How did you get started in this business?
Got really tired of working for a company that I felt did not appreciate its employees and I was working 70 hours a week to never advance within the company. So i was fortunate enough to go my own way and take care of bbn peoples home or business like I would take care of my own.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Anyone that needs to get rid of their insects.
