Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Guiding the customer through the decision making process and asking questions to determine what kind of services they need in order for us to do our job well and make them happy.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am knowledgable in repairing different types of surfaces and preparing them to be painted. I know how to cover and protect the area that is going to be near the paint so that it stays clean and no paint gets on any surface that is not going to be painted. I know the proper way to apply paint so that there are no streaks or lines in the wall that make it look unappealing.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
The standard is based on the size of the area to be painted, however from the jobs i have done, i've noticed that my prices are about 30% less than what my competitors are offering.
How did you get started in this business?
I believe God put me down the path of painting because he knew I would enjoy it and that I would take it seriously. I also plan on giving back to the community through my business especially if it's involving God.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with customers that are regular homeowners looking to make their home look new, whethers its the interior or the exterior of their home.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
A recent event that I am fond of is completing a job for a client that they were very happy with.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I would say find a painter who doesn't rush to finish the job. Quality over quantity is always the best advice i can give not just for painting but for any service out there.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
How long has it been since the area has been painted. What colors they would like used, and how many different colors. Is there a deadline for the job. Is there furniture that can be moved out of the area/room. Does the have minor repairs that need to br done.
