My passion for staging and interior design is what keeps me excited about turning spaces into something fresh and new and highly desirable. With all of the options available, my job is to successfully navigate the transformation process to obtain the desired outcome. Open communication and organization is key to a successful, collaborative project. Additionally, I have earned degrees both in fine arts/graphic design and interior design so I understand the fundamentals of good design and time management. 

My favorite aspects of design are space planning, color selection because I feel a space should be functional as well as beautiful. My love for the elements of design is what drives me to think out of the box and be a problem solver when it comes to aesthetics. It's easy to get overwhelmed when starting something new so I approach projects like it's a big puzzle where all the pieces must cohesively fit together through an organized and structured process. It's exciting when a client describes in words what they want and I am able to execute it visually.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

I prefer to do an in home consultation to determine the needs of my clients but in general, for product, I charge cost plus 30%. That includes sourcing and basic design time.


How did you get started in this business?

After spending many years as a visual communicator and Realtor, I wanted to share my talents and knowledge with those where creativity and visualization don't come natural. The Aesthetics of a room is at the top of my values chart so this is a natural fit and passion for me.


What types of customers have you worked with?

Homeowners looking to make better use of their existing spaces and give their spaces a designer touch.


Describe a recent event you are fond of.

The illow Home Tour. I love seeing how homeowners in the various neighborhoods across the valley restore and transform those homes that have been a part of Phoenix's history.


What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Attend an initial meeting to be sure everyone is on the same page and that you feel confident that the person you want to hire is able to fulfil your needs in a smooth and enjoyable way.
