We will provide the City or municipal approved permit ..... available for the Owner's construction, his general contractor, or his remodel contractor.

We have provided these services for nearly 32 years.

We cannot provide a client with general contracting, remodeling, or construction of their projects.

    Hello,
    It was an absolute pleasure meeting with you on Friday and going over our house plans. Like all plans they tend to change and the lot information I provided was incorrect. I misunderstood our realtor and the correct lot is attached to this email. Its still a full acre and I attached our idea for the positioning of the house on the lot.     2) Have a sit-down meeting with the client for more exacting information.

    3) provide 2-3 interpretations of the clients ideas for his/her review.

    4) Finalize the planf for final approval.

    5) Provide the client with a fee proposal for architectural, engineering, or consult fee to provide a set of documents for City/County review and approvals.

    6) Provide the necessary corrections or requirements to provide the client with a building permit. Assist in the selection of a building contractor. Construction Administration to assist the client in the construction process and act as an Owner's representative to the Generan Contractor.

    7) Provide the final review process to close the construction contract, confirming the cpermitted documents requirements are fulfilled for the owner with the general contractor to provide the Owner with a Certificate of Occupancy.

    Our firm has nearly 32 years experience in providing commercial, residential, and retail construction documents for clients across the country.

    Pricing is determined by the extent of the work requested by the client for the type of remodel, addition, or new construction for the services requested.

    We recommend a telephone call or a sit-down meeting to discuss the extent of the project and their requirement to complete the project or provide the client with a construction permit.
