What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The Process:
Make contact
Evaluate your situation and goals
Help you find the best training package for you
Send over quote/invoice with contract attached
Return contract and make deposit
Set start date
Training begins on set date
(A 25% holding deposit is non-refundable. 50% of package is due minimum before start date. Remainder to be paid before training completion date.)

How did you get started in this business?
Personally started when I was 14 and took a Search and Rescue training course through the trainer for Goodyear PD.
2) Started in this industry through a foreign military in a SF unit.
3) Started in this industry working with rescues and severe behavioral issues under a mentor.
4) Introduced to working with canines in his military unit and followed up working his way up through a training company to earn a training title and has continued training since.
