I have been working with dogs for over 5 years and have experience with all types of behavior. Peeing on the carpet? Solved. Won't listen to basic commands? We'll fix that in the comfort of your own home. Working in a place they are familiar with helps them learn that you're serious about these new changes. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My approach depends on the customer and the situation. Some people only require one session to get them on track with basic puppy advice. Some people like to purchase packages that span over months, and some prefer to pay as they go. I believe in working with the customer to tailor my approach specifically for them. Once we meet, I address your concerns and develop a plan to help shape your pets behavior.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I became certified as a canine specialist through SCI, and have since continued my education with courses specializing in training service and therapy dogs.
