My typical process for working with a new customer is to introduce myself to the customer and to the furry family member. I go over the customers wants and give a short explanation of what I will be doing and the time that it will take. I go over any needs for special treatment if the animal is handicap in any way or has any trauma experience so I will know how to handle the pet better
