Finding out where we want to start looking and see some homes for sale
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Arizona School of Real Estate & Business

For buyers there is no pricing system because the Arizona system has the listng agent paying the selling agaent (buyer's agent) and in most cases can get a home with no money down.
For Sellers, all pricing is negotiable

In 1996 earned my AZ real estate licence and then in 1998 earned and hold a Real Estate Brokers licence
What types of customers have you worked with?
Knowing your customers is the key to good customer service interactions. So meeting and learning he wants and need in their real esate purchase and/or selling experience is paramount. Commercial - Land - Investments - Residential
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
A realtor suggests his clients check out an open house that he thinks would be a good fit for them, according to Realtor Magazine. The couple loves the house and are impressed with even the catering and elegantly dressed buyers. As they are piling food onto their plates and sipping champagne, a woman approaches who must be the listing agent.”This is a lovely home. Please tell the seller we are very impressed,” they gush. Her response, “Um, who are you?”
“We’re here for the open house,” they explain. “This is indeed an open house … for my friends and family. I am the new owner.” Awkward, but at least they got a nice meal out of it.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
If you can, take a look at the work done and ask about their experience when hiring a pro. Is the Pro part-time, which represent the majority of agents in Arizona or Full-Time pros like me, with 23 years of experience which includes investing, commercial, and residential homes selling and buying.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Always ask for a home warranty or offer a home warranty if selling.
