" I was a out of town seller, I was very impressed with how Manny took control of the listing and the marketing of my house. he helped find businesses to do some of the repairs that were needed and made sure the repairs were done to satisfy the buyers needs. he also handled some difficulties with the tenants that were in the property, so we could show the property to prospective buyers. If you are looking for a detail oriented knowledgeable agent to sell your property, Manny is the agent for you. Manny has his clients best interest in mind, if you are looking to purchase a home, I would recommend Manny for any of your Real Estate needs "

Manny did an excellent job. I gave him the basics of what I was looking for in a house in a price range and he showed me a multitude of homes in my price range and gave me honest insight about areas homes are in and about things he saw when looking at homes that could be potential red flags and to keep in mind. We looked at numerous houses, most that I picked out from the listings provided that met my criteria and even some that he sent me that didn't exactly meet my criteria but were very close. He helped me find a house that fit all my needs and had me make a reasonable offer that was accepted immediately. He helped navigate through the paperwork, majority of it was electronic which helped expedite the process. Anytime I had a question or concern I could e-mail or call and he got back to me in a very timely manner. The whole process was stress free and very easy which I attribute to Manny's professionalism and experience "

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

A realtor suggests his clients check out an open house that he thinks would be a good fit for them, according to Realtor Magazine. The couple loves the house and are impressed with even the catering and elegantly dressed buyers. As they are piling food onto their plates and sipping champagne, a woman approaches who must be the listing agent.”This is a lovely home. Please tell the seller we are very impressed,” they gush. Her response, “Um, who are you?”

“We’re here for the open house,” they explain. “This is indeed an open house … for my friends and family. I am the new owner.” Awkward, but at least they got a nice meal out of it.
