Manny did an excellent job. I gave him the basics of what I was looking for in a house in a price range and he showed me a multitude of homes in my price range and gave me honest insight about areas homes are in and about things he saw when looking at homes that could be potential red flags and to keep in mind. We looked at numerous houses, most that I picked out from the listings provided that met my criteria and even some that he sent me that didn't exactly meet my criteria but were very close. He helped me find a house that fit all my needs and had me make a reasonable offer that was accepted immediately.
