What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Discussing what exactly they want to accomplish and when they want the project to be completed. Next we either go to clients home to give them an estimate on the services or we just give a bid over the phone and schedule the cleaning.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 20+years of cleaning. Along the way learning tips from multiple co workers and family members. I am the kid who would come over and clean your child's room when I was younger. I actually enjoy the satisfaction of cleaning.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Normally charge 30.00 per hour per maid. Unless the house is trashed with some hoarding going on/ or any type of bug infestation. Then the price will go up the first clean.
How did you get started in this business?
I've enjoyed cleaning since childhood. When I was 10 my chiropractor hired me to clean his office. I decided to start my own business 15 years ago.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have all kinds of Clients anywhere from Registered Nurses, Collage Professors with a PhD, to a cosmetology graduate, a Bishop of a LDS church to a Mathematician, to Construction contractors. Even retired and disabled clients. So everyone is valued as a client.
