What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Having a chance to talk with a new customer or face to face sitting with a person helps us to know what that person is looking for and they get to know me also.  I want to make sure I understand what they want and how they want to receive that information so that I can more than meet their expectations. I want to make their experience an easy one and accomplish what they want to do.


What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Having helped over 2800 clients sell or buy a new home or both, has given me alot of insight into both my clients and the ever changing market place.  I have been trained from little on by my father who was a realtor.  I have attended so many training classes in the past 35 years, I could teach most. I also make it a priority to keep up to date on all the latest technical breakthroughs.  This helps my clients to know they have a knowledgeable helper.

How did you get started in this business?

I started helping my father in the Midwest while still in school.  He taught me the value of hard work and listening to my clients to meet their needs.  He was an honest hard working man and he instilled those values in me as well. After graduating from ASU, I realized that I wanted to help people through real estate.


What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with relocations from all over the nation and from every walk of life.  I have helped CEO's find million dollar properties to first time home buyers get that first home.  Every person is special to me and I care for them and love to help people.

Describe a recent project you are fond of.
We had a client from Seattle who needed to sell a home in the Valley. Her home had been listed for six months with another agent without a single offer and she was referred to us after that listing expired.  We staged her home, advertised extensively and got an offer in the first week for her home which successfully closed.  Needless to say, our client was ecstatic! 


What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Find an experienced agent who really cares for you and not just a commission! My Dad taught me that if you do an excellent job for your clients, the commission never matters...they always follow.
 
 
 


What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

Make sure they have the right agent by asking questions to get to know that agent.
