After thorough research, my husband and I selected Phoenix Home Remodeling (a design/build
company) to remodel our bathrooms, kitchen and a few other items. After visiting our home, Ben and
Mark (the project supervisors) and Nicole (the designer) made an extremely solid case as to why we
should select the company. The company’s remodeling methodology resulted in a specific start date,
very accurate estimated finish date and real-time coordination almost daily. The company uses
“BuilderTrend” software that allowed us to see daily pictures of the progress (since we moved out
during the remodel) and to communicate and track the work being done. Finally, our on-site project
manager, Aaron, was beyond remarkable. His remodeling skills, management of sub-contractors,
communication, and attention to the smallest detail was a wonderful bonus to our confidence that the
work would be of the highest quality. Phoenix Home Remodeling is certainly a 5 Star company!

We were very pleased that we chose Phoenix Home Remodeling for our renovations. Everyone was a pleasure to work with! They were always on time, polite, and treated our home with care. They cleaned up after themselves every day and always let us know next steps. They consulted with us on decisions and advised us when we asked. Their work ethic and quality will ruin you for any other contractors! We will be back!

Phoenix Home Remodeling did an amazing job remodeling both of our bathrooms. We were nervous since this was our first major remodeling project, however PHR made it very easy. The communication is exceptional so we felt comfortable every step of the way. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and professional. They showed up on time every single day. We appreciated the help with design and material selection to fit our budget. There were no surprise costs. The workmanship and vendors they use are the best. Our tile work is flawless. We will definitely use them for our next home remodeling project and would highly recommend them.

PHR exceeded my expectations and delivered an end result that we love. They transformed our main bath and living area into spaces that we truly enjoy spending time in. I particularly liked the incredible communication throughout the process, as well as the thoughtfulness taken when designing and implementing the updates. We will go back to PHR for future projects without a doubt.

I loved working with this company! They were so honest and upfront through every step of the project. We were out of town for most of the projects and the communication has always been exemplary! We were able to see pictures of the progress each evening and we were able to text and receive text from the project supervisor anytime we had questions or whenever they had questions for us.
We had them remodel our kitchen last year and we didnt even think twice about who to use when we decided to have our bathrooms done this year.
This is our second time around with Phoenix Home Remodeling and we are super pleased with the progress on this project too. The tile and countertop work are fabulous!
They wont be the least expensive, but they will be the most hassle free as far as challenges and redos go.
Everyone we worked with have been friendly, easy to work with and very good at what they do.
I HIGHLY recommend Phoenix Home Remodeling for any remodeling project, i promise you wont be disappointed.
