Our techs are passionate about the work and service they provide. It gives them a sense of accomplishment knowing that they were able to fix/replace the AC system and that the customer's needs and wants were carefully considered when the solution was found.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every customer is different and unique, my motto is you treat every customer as if they are your family member and you take care of them to the best of your ability.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have 30+ years of on the job in the field experience ranging from installations, service, sales. Duct work for new and existing buildings. Light commercial and residential experience also on chiller and boiler systems, cooling towers. If it's a job we can do we will let you know just ask.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I do flat rate pricing based on industry standards, but heavy discounts would be added to make me better priced then any company out there.
How did you get started in this business?
I started in the Navy 34 years ago and have worked my way up through the industry all over the world. If its' broken I can fix it!
