What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first introduce myself and thank the customer for reaching out or taking the time to read my message. Once the customer and I message about the project in general. I will after ask for a good contact number to discuss details of the job. After obtaining the customers email, I send a quote or schedual a time to come by for a walk through of where the work will be done and when the quote is accepted, The customer and I schedual a good time for the work to be done.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I recieved my training and knowledge at RSI refrigeration and electrical school. Recieved My certification's for both refrigeration and electrical. As of this moment I have 6 years in electrical and 2 years as an a/c installer and a/c technician.

my general hourly pricing for myself is 35.00 an/hr
How did you get started in this business?
Working for different companies in different areas, alot of past customers would call me for work and from then it was word to mouth. Working for these companies gave me the customer service experience and residential experience I needed.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
when conversating with a fellow electrician, make sure to ask all the questions you have. If the technician knows what hes doing he can give suggestions and the best options for your project. communication helps for a clean installation process.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
How much is the cost per hour and how many hrs will it take.
Material cost and days to complete project. assurance on work. extra cost such as: drywall, framing, hard piping on installation project.
