What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most people don't know what they want, so I typically make around three visits to share and give them time to review. I like to have the customer assist in the planning, that way they feel they played a role in the design. A trip to nurseries allows the clients to pick out their own plants plus it gives them assistance in the design itself
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a master degree in organization effectiveness, but have been landscaping as a hobby most of life winning beautifulcation awards

Normally I purchase plants at wholesale prices which allows me to pass on cost savings to customers
