What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
-Slight debriefing on your dog's temperament and your expectations as a pet parent at pick up/ drop off
All grooms include nails, anal gland expression, and ear cleaning!

How did you get started in this business?
I stated grooming while I was in Vet Tech school and fell so in love with the craft that I transferred to grooming at a pet resort and going to grooming school simultaneously! It has been a wild ride, but I must say, the best one of my life!

Don't be afraid to take chances, but be thorough with the professional about your expectations!
