What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Babies check in between 7-10am M-F 9-11am Sat
Receptionist go over details of style and paperwork.
Babies are brushed combed thicker or matted coats cut down before bathing. Drying combing brushing potty time and returning to stylist for finish cut dressing and photo for our media pages for parents. Note: some babies dont care for grooming being understanding can cause us to run over in time. Thanks for your understanding of the best care possible for your babies.
Parents are notified by our systems 15 minutem before your fuzzy children will be ready.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Have 25 years of experience and a team of experienced groomers.
