What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The needs of the customer is always put first. The goal is to figure out the customer needs and how we can assist them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 10 years of residential cleaning and five years of commercial cleaning experience.
How did you get started in this business?
I have always had a love for organization and activities that allowed me to use my hands. When I'm cleaning I am taken to a world of peace I cannot describe. I have years of experience with residential cleaning, leasing and commercial cleaning which I believe inspired me to start my own cleaning business.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have done commercial cleaning such as retail stores, restaurants, and business offices. We also do move-in and out, and residential cleaning.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
In the cleaning industry it is important to meet the needs of the client. The pro that you choose must be willing to be patient, honest, and able to pay attention to detail.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Whatever cleaning quesitions a customer has, they should be comfortable to ask. I'm here to help them and get their cleaning needs met.
