I originally thought that Jim was too good to be true and overpromised, but he did exactly what was said in the timeline that was promised even during Covid! Other companies told me 3 months and took 2 weeks to book for an appointment. Jim was out in 3 days! and I got my windows in 8 weeks from the start! I love them! Everyone should use Compass Window!

What a great experience it turned out to be. So quick to respond whenever I contacted him. I passed the project, and they started soon after. They told me it would be 5 days of work and they got the schedule right. He made some suggestions for things (my wife loved the suggestions). Very professional, the work was beautiful, honest and reliable, I simply couldn’t be happier with the result.
