Joe is one of those people that you don't come across very often. He's quick to survey a problem and diagnose it quickly and CORRECTLY. Best of all, he fixed it promptly and didn't have to take my mower to his shop. When I couldn't get my mower to start last week, I got a very sick feeling because I have dealt with at least FIVE other mower "repairmen" through the years, and I wasn't too keen on having to deal with yet another one who acts like he's doing me a great favor by answering the phone and then doesn't even show up as agreed upon.
No. That's not Joe Brown. Engine repair is his livelihood, and he acts like it. He also knows that he's working not just on a lawn mower engine, but he's also working with people.
Good person + good people skills + extensive knowledge and experience + reliable performance= customer satisfaction.
Joe gained my confidence very quickly. I like the guy so much that his number is in my phone and at the ready when I or someone else needs a fully competent small engine repair technician. Joe Brown is a nice guy who knows his stuff.
