Marvin Replacement

I was in the market to replace my existing sliding glass door with a larger and higher quality product and after extensive research and engagement with many different providers I decided on using Marvin Replacement and I was extremely pleased with my choice. I have worked with many in-home remodel companies, and this was by far my most satisfying experience. Their website was very informative and allowed me to look at their product catalog, learn about the various options, and easily narrow down the choices that best met my needs. I was then able to schedule an initial virtual consul, which allowed me to quickly speak with an expert to ask some additional questions on the product and process. From there I scheduled an in-home consultation to finalize my product choice, configure my new slider, schedule the install and make my initial down payment. The in-home experience was extremely professional and the Marvin representative was able to answer all my questions and made me very comfortable with my purchase. What I also appreciated about the experience was the Marvin representative was not trying to push me to buy, but was focused on helping me find the correct product for my needs – not something I can say about other service providers. Finally, the installation was seamless, of high quality, and very professional. The communication throughout the process was great and the attention to detail and quality was world class. The team that showed up was polite, professional and clearly knew what they were doing based on the quality of the final product. This experience was full turnkey in that they installed the new slider, replaced all the trim, painted the trim and the wall and left the space better than when they started. The new slider looks amazing, is of much better quality than my previous door and has dramatically improved the look of our space. For those looking to replace windows, sliders, or doors I would highly recommend Marvin Replacement – you will not be disappointed with the choice.
