What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with an in person interview to see if our company can provide the services needed, and if we are a good fit to the project. Future meetings would be scheduled to discuss designs, material selections, pricing and County requirements.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our company is comprised of professionals that have decades of experience in the design, manufacturing and installation fields. We have an experienced Design and Sales team to guide throughout the process of the difficult material and color choice decisions. Our team also has individuals that are LEED accredited, and highly experienced in Cabinet design with computer generated software. We have the experience and talent to create a succesful and enjoyable experience whatever the project may be.

We have many standard prices for individual items, but each project is unique , so we quote each project with the care and attention it deserves.
How did you get started in this business?
The owner comes from a family of carpenters. His Grandfather was a furniture maker, and his Father was a General Contractor. The familiarity and knowledge of the business was a natural fit.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with very difficult to please customers to almost too easy to please customers...from large to smaller projects. All are unique in their own way, and every customer has a different view of what a project might need. Our job is to understand each customer and their needs, and execute those toward an end result that is expected.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Our cabinet builds are the best in town.Period. :)
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Ask questions, meet with them in person, and look at recent projects.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Be realistic about scope of work and pricing.Do some research on the project beforehand to have a better understanding of the language being spoken by the Contractor.
