What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will receive a phone call requesting the paint project needing to be done. Set up a time for us to meet the customer for a free estimate, in the event it is difficult for the customer to meet us we can simply go by the projects and look at it and then send them a bid.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
It is a second generation business my father ran the business for over 30 years. l am now running the company after growing up in the business of painting. I was taught how to paint from the age I could begin to pick up a brush. I learned how to paint as well as supervise and then ran the business with my father for 8 years before he retired and turned it over to me.
