Stacy and Rosemary were above platinum level cleaning!
We have had multiple cleaners over the last 40 years come into our homes and we were just satisfied, nothing to praise. When Stacey and Rosemary came out, they had everything they needed. They deep cleaned our carpeting. We have a two bedroom two bath home. They cleaned all the cabinets, refrigerator, Bathrooms, absolutely everything.
Our home looks better than brand new if that’s a possibility.
Stacey and Rosemary were very professional, friendly, accommodating, efficient. I cannot praise these two enough. They cleaned our home as if it was their own the old-fashioned way, scrubbing, deep cleaning, smelled fantastic, not perfume just clean.
As I said, we cannot praise these two enough. They are above platinum level people.
We truly are grateful to them and for them! We are referring them to everyone we know.
We have them scheduled once a week to come out.

Im a JMU grad who was moving out of my college apartment and hired BigLex to do a move out cleaning. They were super friendly, did an excellent job, and even went above what we hired them for and fixed a plumbing issue with one of our toilets. We call customer & ask them what kind of service they need and how many bedrooms and how many bathrooms they have that needs to be cleaned and is and if there's any other service that they would like to have as well.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked at hospitals nursing homes. I have clean schools and residential homes for all together about 20 years of experience.

Yes our prices range from $150-$400 for reoccurring house cleaning service & one time house cleaning service.
How did you get started in this business?
I just started my business up just to have something of my own.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with a range of different people and we also work with Hotel Madison presently helping them out by cleaning rooms for them.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We took a job at the last minute to clean up some meeting room’s at the Hotel Madison and they were very impressed with our work and they said they would have us come back again and clean up for them.
