I love solving problems and I love interacting and getting to know new people. Its fun being able to help people with something that they have been having a hard time with and to see their reliefe when everything is working again.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Clients usually reach out to me with an issue or problem relating to their computers, network, servers, etc.
We discuss the problem so that I get a good understanding of what the situation is and determine if I am going to be able to help them or if I need to refer them to someone else.
I determin if the problem can be resolved remotely, over the phone or on-site.
I discuss the terms of my services and then schedule an appointment.
I will usually call within a half hour before coming on site to verify that the schedule is still good.
While doing on-site work, I am open and transparent about everything that I do. I want my customers to be very comfortable with the services that they are getting. Once work is done, I have the customer verify that everything is functional and that they are happy with the service. If materials were required to fix, this is discussed with the client before any materials are used so they know what the costs are going to be.
At this point, a total is giving for time and materials and either check or credit card is accepted as payment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working my busines for over 13 years now. Before that I was a network Admin for a hospital for 8 years. I have worked in phone support and have had the oportunity to learn how to interact with people and understand them. I received my A+ certification in 1998. All my experience is real world and on job training.

All hourly services are billed at $95/hour.
On-site services have a one hour minimum.
Phone and remote support is billed in 15 minute increments.
We offer flat rate retainer services for our preventative managed IT services. Please call for details.
How did you get started in this business?
I have been working with computers since I was 13. I live and breath computers.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with everyone from individual home users all the way up to large corporations. I am very comfortable working in any environment.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure the Pro is very clear about his pricing and that he lets you know what he is doing.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Do not be afraid that you do not know as much as a pro about computers. So do not be afraid to use your own words in describing the issue or asking questions. If a pro ever talks down to you or makes you feel stupid for asking a question, immediately find another pro, as that one is not worth the emotional effort to work with.
