What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we need with a new clien we spend a few minutes to go over any concerns and Pest problems to be treated. We also explain what they can expect during and after the service is complete, including details of the treatment process. We write and present a quote to the client and upon approval we then start the treatment process
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have 41 years of experience. We have our license we always keeping in training
