We start by listening to the customer fully so as to properly assess their desired outcome. With that we're able to answer any questions the customer may have about the work they're wanting done..

It was a natural transition do to my upbringing.working with our hands has always provided for the family.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We did a rebuild on a fence for a customer who didn't know how she could afford it.By the time we were done,she was smiling big! I love that part.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Look out for the common signs of liers,If they talk more than they listen when your going over what it is you want done, you can assume that they will be happy not you!
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Bottum line,do they know enough about what they are asking to see through the crap in the answers they getting!
