What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. First we will give you a budget quote over the phone.
2. If we are within budget and you would like to do business with us. We will come out to your jobsite and give you a firm quote after seeing the jobsite area
3. We will email you a construction agreement in which you will sign, scan and email back.
4. If there is a down payment needed. We would require it to be mailed before we can put you in our books, so you can be next in line for work to be done.
5. Once deposit is received you will be given an approximate time frame in which construction will begin.
6. We will call you the week of construction to let you know which day we will be arriving.
7. We will show up to start your project and complete to your satisfaction guaranteed.

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
It is important to determine if your project will need to have an engineered design or not. Some projects and or local building officials will require this. Other factors that will determine a foundation design will be to do a soil test. Soil test determine the potential ground movement due to the type of soil you have. This will go hand and hand with your engineered design etc.
