Hello, my name is Citlali. I've been working in the animal field since back in 2014. I stared working at a doggie day care and boarding facility playing and supervising dogs in day care. I had moved to another city and started working for PetSmart and started there as a bather. I worked myself up to becoming a pet stylist and stayed for 2 years. Since my contract had ended at PetSmart, I decided to work and currently working for a vet clinic as an independent groomer. I also work there as a receptionist and now slowly training into a vet tech as well. I've grown to become more confident and secure about my grooms when they leave the building. I love seeing a smile on my customers faces when they see their new and transformed pet! I hope I can make you smile too!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introducing myself, talk to them about their dog, if any health issues, likes or don't likes about the dog, previous haircuts, coat condition, temperment, etc.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Tons of experience, went through PetSmart grooming academy, worked under managers for over 8 months, and now an independent groomer.

Depending on the size, weight, temperament, condition of the coat, and type of haircut can vary. XS dogs: $40-$50 Sm dogs: $50-60 Med dogs: $55-$65 LG dogs: $65- and above.
