What I enjoy most about the work I do is the constant learning and the Puzzles! My brain is always being trained and tested while on the job. Dealing with electricity can be scary sometimes but because I know what safety precautions to take, Typically it end up just being fun for me!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process will always start by kindly greeting the customer! After greeting either on the phone or in person I will have the customer show or tell me what need to be serviced/installed. I will give them a pricing estimate before I do anything to give the customer a decision as to if they choose me to service their home.
