My wife Diann and I have been in the business since 2009 she has been cleaning for over 20 .

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For new customers my wife and /or I will come out with the maid that will be assigned to your home introduce ourselves then do a walk-through to make sure we understand exactly what you want cleaned.My wife and I would answer any questions leave and the lady assigned to your home would clean. once cleaning is complete she will do another walk-through with you to make sure we exceeded your expectations
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We started our company in 2009 as a result of very good reviews from my wife's cleaning for over 15 years I was able to leave my manufacturing positions and work full-time with my wife in 2014
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
We charge by the square footage and offer customized service as needed. there are no contracts or requirements/conditions put on the homeowner
How did you get started in this business?
My wife begin cleaning houses shortly after having children offered her flexibility with her hours she continue to get referrals to the point where she couldn't handle any more customers that gave us the insight that house cleaning is moving from being a Luxury to a necessity kind of in the same way as mowing your own yard for washing your own car
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with all types of customers offering weekly monthly biweekly service as well as one time clean move-in and move out cleans this is the best part of our job we've met some very interesting people

Recently we were able to help an older couple with various handicaps disabilities clean their house their response was overwhelming and made us feel blessed
