Customer information is obtained, and a tech is scheduled to go on-site, or drop off instructions are provided. Typical response time is 4 hours or less.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelor's degree, A+ certification, MCSE and MCITP certifications. We follow trending technology, as well as vet new software, recovery methods and pertinent aspects of the industry.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Prices vary based on service, and location. Drop off service is the least expensive option.

How did you get started in this business?
Computers became a hobby in 1985, and I loved the industry, so I chose to become a technician.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
How are return issues handled with the technician/company? If the same issue returns DFW Data Services does not charge to address the issue multiple times. This is important when dealing with computer issues.
