Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask pertenant question about the project or issue at hand and then listen to the customer's response and needs. I do my best to be attentive and address the issue and come up with the best solution that will be the most time and cost efficient.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have earned the Responsible Master Plumbers (RMP) license that is current with the State of Texas, see link below. This allows me the ability to pull permits with the cities. I have been around the plumbing business my whole life as my father own and operated an successfull plumbing business in Frisco for over 30 years. I operated and own the entity in the last 10 years of operation.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I do have some flat rate pricing for certain items ie.. water heater installation, toilet rebuilts, faucet installation, clearing drain lines and more. Other project such as freeze breaks, pipe repaires, repipes, bath remodels require more details for pricing.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Everyone needs a plumber so I have met all sorts and have enjoyed the different cultures that have come into the North Dallas area.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure the person your hire has a plumbing license, it's current with the state of Texas and that they are insured. If your project requires a permit, (water heater change out), the plumber will need a RMP (responsible master plumbers license) with insurance or work under an RMP. You can search at this website:

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
If you need a plumber you need to ask for a current license and isurance and there experience in doing the work you need. Not all handymen are plumbers and if something is done improperly it could cost you thousands of dollars in repairs even time out of you home in some cases.
