Lighthouse Plumbing is owned by a plumber who, starting out his Apprenticeship in 1993, has become proficient in all different kinds of plumbing and plumbing materials. Lighthouse Plumbing employees are kept up to date with all the new plumbing materials, methods, and codes as they come out, ensuring that your home will not be substandard.
Licensed with the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners in 1998, voted "Best Drain Cleaner in Keller" and "1st in Customer Service in 2015", and "Top Pro of 2017" by Thumbtack, the owner knows the importance of quality and consistency in the plumbing business.

Most definitely it's getting a job done right! In the past, I've worked for companies who have gotten the job done, only to have to go back once or twice. At Lighthouse Plumbing, we don't ever plan to go back on that same call! If we DO go back, it is because our customers like the job we did the first time, and they wouldn't think of calling another plumber for their current problem or installation!

I was registered as a Plumber's Apprentice with the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners in 1993. In 1998 I took the test and became a licensed plumber. In 2003, I started my own business and have never looked back!
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
At Lighthouse Plumbing we have an hourly fee of $75. That is the only charge that you will get on the first hour - no service call, no trip charge, nothing complicated to try to figure out - just $75 an hour.
There are a few jobs which don't make sense to bill hourly, in which case the customer and I discuss the project and come to a mutually agreed upon price, and I try to never move off that price. And if complications do arise I always consult customer before performing any work which may cost them more money. There are no surprises here!
