What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prefer to meet our customers to discuss their concerns about their property. This gives both parties an opportunity to better understand the service that needs to be provided. On occasion we will stop by your property and email a free estimate to you.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a franchise that receives regular training on proper pruning and removing trees. We also conduct safety meetings weekly.

You are paying for the time it takes to do your work and for the equipment as well as insurance to do work on your property. We are fully insured and will provide you our information upon your request.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We have removed very large trees over houses on a regular basis without damaging any property. We recently removed a large tree in a difficult location for Texas Department of Transportation.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Do not just hire anyone, your trees are a very valuable asset to your residence. They need a haircut regularly and sometimes need to go to the doctor, just like you and me!
