Very happy with our new roof and the process. Brad and Whitney were responsive and helpful. The roofing crew was professional. They cleaned up every piece of debris, nail, etc. Other than the beautiful new roof, we could not tell they had been here! Highly recommend All Pro Roofing!

My new roof looks great and I owe a real debt of gratitude to the staff at All Pro Roofing and Designers for the stress free replacement. Impressed, that’s the only word I have for our experience with All Pro Roofing and Designers. My wife and I heard horror stories from some of our neighbors about their experiences replacing their roofs. But, a couple of neighbors were quite happy about the process and they recommended All Pro. Sally and I are happy that we asked around before we took the plunge. We got a first rate job, done quickly and it was right the first time.

Brad and crew, at All Pro Roofing and Designers, just replaced our roof for the second time in 3 years. Storms damaged our new roof, so we called Brad to file a claim on our warranty. Brad explained how all roof warranties work, what they cover and when. He explained that storm damage is an insurance claim, not a warranty claim, because no one can warrant against natural disasters. That’s what insurance does. This made perfect sense to us, so with his help, we filed a claim with the insurance company and were approved for a completely new roof.

We were impressed with how Brad took the time to work with us and help us understand the process. We were also impressed at how easily it all went, once we took the right steps.

Just like the first time, the installation and cleanup were flawless. Our home looks like new again. We are very satisfied with All Pro, Brad and installers, they can consider us customers for life.
