Our client profile ranges from one who is just getting started looking for land to one who has land and his blueprints ready to go. We offer no cost, no obligation preliminary budget development for those who want to know what it may cost to build their dream home.

We have over 50 combined years of experience in project management and over 36 years in the custom home building industry.

We have a flat fee for our services, $9,950.00, regardless the size of the house. We help you arrange your financing, help you get good sub contractors, and then assist you in the construction of your dream home-- and you save thousands.
How did you get started in this business?
We were clients of Texas Help-U-Build out of Austin and decided we wanted to do this business in the San Antonio/ hill country area.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Most of our customers have no building experience. We provide the tools and expertise to help you build your dream home.
Describe a recent project you are fond of.
We recently completed a lovely stone/ stucco home in Boerne. My client said we saved him over $80,000 compared to the lowest bid from a builder. Plus he knows he has the quality he wants in his home because he chose the materials and finishes.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Building your own home is not for everyone. But it can be a very cost saving and rewarding experience. Your sweat equity is typically about 20%-- so you have equity in your home the day you move in.
To realize these savings be sure to employ a pro who charges a flat fee-- not charge per square foot.
