What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Consultation to determine the services wanted, either over the phone or in person and from there I will obtain measurements and specific details regarding the project and reply by email with an itemized proposal, all at no cost.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 25 years handsome experience as a plumbers apprentice, electrical journeyman, and remodeling contractor. Have completed over 100 tiled backsplashes, floors, & tiled shower enclosures.
